Job Overview

Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
  • Aiding residents' emotional well-being and social needs
  • Administration and monitoring of medications to residents
  • Supporting residents at meal times
  • Mentoring & assisting new employees
  • Implementing, monitoring, and reviewing care plans to meet residents' specific needs
  • Planning, allocating & supervising the work of the team of care assistants

Qualifications
  • Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team

It provides residential and specialist dementia care in a warm, family‑led setting. Dedicated staff led by the manager understand that everyone is different and take time in getting to know each resident individually, so they can settle into a comforting, enjoyable routine.

Hours: Days 33 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 07:00 - 19:00)
