Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar care environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Positive attitude to supporting residents and staff.
• Flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and update care plans as needed.
• Contribute to person-centred care planning and monthly evaluations.
• Assist with residents’ medication needs.
• Supervise and support other staff development.
• Be the main point of contact with residents, relatives, and health professionals.
