Responsibilities

  • Support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care.
  • Monitor the wellbeing of each resident and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Support residents with their medication requirements.
  • Provide supervision and support for staff development.
  • Act as a key contact for residents, relatives, and care professionals.
