Ashbourne Court Care Home is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant who is passionate about developing a career in social care. You will support residents with daily living, promote wellbeing, and work as part of a caring team in SP10 2JJ.

This role offers flexible bank hours, on-site shifts, induction, training, DBS clearance, and opportunities to develop skills in person-centered care, records, and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Providing physical and mental stimulation for residents by taking part in social and recreational activities, on a one-to-one and group basis.
• Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing.
• Assisting with mealtimes.
• Ensuring residents' independence, dignity and respect, by delivering the very best person-centred care.
• Helping to maintain accurate records.
• Undertaking regular ongoing training.
• Developing relationships with our residents and their families in order to gain a better understanding of how to provide the best possible care.

At Ashbourne Court CareHome we are looking for a hardworking team player who is passionate about developing a career in the social care industry as a Senior Care Assistant. You will be motivated and compassionate, with a genuine interest in benefitting the lives of those within our care.

Responsibilities of the Senior Care Assistant:

As a Senior Care Assistant you will be key to promoting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents in all aspects of their lives. As a valued member of our team, you will be involved in:

• Providing physical and mental stimulation for residents by taking part in social and recreational activities, on a one-to-one and group basis
• Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing
• Assisting with mealtimes
• Ensuring residents' independence, dignity and respect, by delivering the very best person-centred care
• Helping to maintain accurate records
