You will support the Care team, monitor residents' well-being, and ensure a high standard of personal care. Ideal candidates have NVQ 3 in care and 2 years' experience in a similar environment. Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant is to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in person-centred care planning, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development where required.
