As a Senior Care Professional, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered across both our clients and Care Professionals. This hybrid role combines time in the community providing quality, relationship-led care, with responsibilities in the office supporting our operations and care team development. You will be a role model for excellence, bridging the gap between frontline care and office leadership, ensuring consistency, quality assurance, and responsive support for both clients and Care Pros.

You will be someone who leads by example, demonstrates a genuine passion for high-quality care, and has the ability to balance both community-based and office responsibilities.
