Job Responsibilities
  • Work full‑time 38.5 hours with flexibility to cover 8 am‑8 pm or 8 pm‑8 am shifts.
  • Plan and deliver personalised care that gives residents security, dignity and independence.
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team.
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with physical and mental stimulation, social and recreational activities and medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage time effectively and communicate with residents, families and colleagues in a considerate, kind manner.
  • Demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude and ability to work well with people.
Qualifications
  • Level 2 Diploma/S/NVQ in Adult Social Care (essential).
  • Knowledge of person‑centred care planning and caring for people with dementia.
  • Good record‑keeping skills, time‑management and communication abilities.
