A leading elderly care provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join their team. The role involves supporting residents in a luxury care home by monitoring their wellbeing, assisting with medication, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 in care and at least 2 years of related experience. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of £13.35 per hour.

As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Your duties will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions.
