Job summary

Connected Health is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to deliver high-quality homecare, ensuring the safety, comfort and wellbeing of clients in their own homes.

You will join a team focused on compassionate care, with accredited training and career progression opportunities to advance within the homecare sector.

Competitive pay includes £13.50 per hour Monday–Friday and £14.50 per hour on weekends, plus a £200 sign-on bonus after 3 months of service and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a formal care setting.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• Full driver's license and access to your own insured vehicle for business purposes.
• NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent (desirable).
• NISCC registration or willingness to register (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality homecare with compassion to clients.
• Ensure clients' safety, comfort and wellbeing.
• Provide support that promotes independence and dignity for clients.
• Support clients through care plans and liaise with families as needed.
