Akari Care Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant to join our supportive, value-driven homes across the UK. You will work alongside care colleagues to deliver the highest quality care to residents, observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs.
You will help design social activities, support training and supervision of junior staff, and ensure each resident experiences a personalised home-like environment.

Working alongside the care assistants, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting, and producing ideas for social activities and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value driven way.
