  • You will need a current full UK driving licence and access to a car.
  • Mileage is paid for at 25p per mile.

Main duties of the job

Provide personal care, administer medical,social and health care in an outstanding manor.

Promote independence where appropriate andsupport end of life service users towards achieving a good death.

Helping service users maintain dignity, byrespecting individual choices and caring in a manner individually pertinentto them.

Be supportive towards colleagues andhandle compliments and complaints in a professional manor and in accordancewith company procedure.

Promote effective and confidentialcommunication relating to service users whilst ensuring accurate and timelyrecording and documenting of relevant information.
