Job summary

Careermakers is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant for a luxury residential care home in Doncaster. The role is full-time, night shifts, with a pay rate of £16 per hour plus bonuses. You will lead the on-shift care team and ensure person-centred care for residents, including those with dementia, within a supportive environment.

Required NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and at least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing setting. Sponsorship is not offered.

• At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant within a residential or nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team on shift, ensuring high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered.
• Administer and manage medications in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management to ensure residents' needs are met.
