NHS Grampian invites applications for a full-time Consultant Cardiologist post based at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. The role covers General Cardiology with a focus on Echocardiography and Adult Congenital Heart Disease, with a team of eleven Cardiologists and extensive imaging capabilities.

The successful candidate will join a busy department performing advanced imaging, in-patient and out-patient services, and collaborates across MDTs including TAVI; GMC registration and specialist training are

Formación

• Full GMC registration and licence to practise.
• Higher specialist training leading to CCT or CESR (or CESR CP) is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Commitment to General Adult Cardiology Receiving (currently 1:11) including weekend ward rounds.
• Three out-patient clinics per week (General Cardiology and Adult Congenital Heart Disease).
• Provide weekly Transoesophageal Echocardiography list and imaging input to MDTs (general and TAVI).
• Interest in stress Echocardiography or Nuclear Medicine welcomed.
