Airedale NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting enthusiastic and highly motivated Band 7 cardiac physiologists to join the cardiology department. The post covers invasive and non-invasive cardiac and respiratory diagnostic tests; you will specialize in either echocardiography or cardiac devices while supporting the wider team.

As an advanced-level healthcare science practitioner, you will perform and interpret complex studies, contribute to stress echo, TOE and device monitoring, and help develop

Qualifications

• Experience in echocardiography or cardiac devices
• Ability to support a team across invasive and non-invasive testing
• Strong commitment to high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Perform and report transthoracic echocardiography for inpatients and outpatients
• Support stress echocardiography and transoesophageal echocardiography (TOE)
• Provide monitoring and interpretation of complex invasive cardiovascular investigations and devices when required
• Contribute to the development of physiologist-led services and workforce development
