University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire seeks an experienced Cardiac Physiologist/Clinical Scientist to lead our CRM/Electrophysiology and Invasive service. With 700+ EP/Ablation procedures annually and a substantial VT ablation program, you will oversee a large team and drive innovation.

You will contribute to research, develop physiologist-led clinics, and manage budgets and governance. A golden hello of £5,000 is offered on commencement, repayable if leaving within 12 months.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience as a specialist practitioner in EP/CRM and invasive procedures.
• Ability to lead and develop a Cardiac Physiology team across EP/CRM.
• Demonstrated involvement in audits, service development and governance.

• Lead and manage EP/CRM/mapping service teams and resources.
• Drive service development, capacity planning and business case activity.
• Ensure BHRS/IBHRE accreditation is maintained for self and team.
