Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to lead our campaign activity and guide a talented team to success.

This is not a desk‑bound role — it’s high‑energy, hands‑on and people‑focused. You’ll plan and deliver campaigns that inspire teams on the ground and ensure every project achieves measurable results while leaving a lasting impression.

If you thrive on turning ideas into action and flourish in fast‑paced collaborative environments you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and lead integrated campaign strategies that engage and excite.
  • Motivate, coach and manage a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, targets and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align campaigns with broader business goals.
Campaign Delivery
  • Manage large‑scale activations, product launches and promotional events across the UK.
  • Collaborate with clients, venues and partners to bring campaigns to life.
  • Ensure every campaign is on‑brand, customer‑focused and results‑driven.
  • Lead from the front — energising teams, building momentum and creating impact on‑site.
Team Development
  • Coach and develop your team to grow skills and confidence.
  • Foster a positive, creative and collaborative working environment.
  • Recognise achievements and encourage continuous improvement.
Performance & Results
  • Track outcomes, measure success and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Report insights and results to senior stakeholders.
  • Use learnings to shape even bigger, more effective campaigns.
A Typical Week Might Include
  • Hosting a strategy session to launch a new campaign.
  • Visiting live events or pop‑ups to support your team and check performance.
  • Meeting clients to present results and brainstorm next steps.
  • Coordinating logistics and creative execution for national activations.
  • Leading a Friday wrap‑up to celebrate wins and team achievements.
About You
  • 5 years experience in campaign, event or brand management.
  • Confident leader with a track record of motivating teams.
  • Natural communicator who can engage, influence and inspire.
  • Exceptionally organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Energetic, hands‑on and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering real results.
  • Based within commutable distance to Liverpool (on‑site role).
What We Offer
  • Performance Bonus: Up to £1,000/month based on campaign success.
  • Working Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday.
  • Development Allowance: £1,000/year for personal and professional growth.
  • Culture & Perks: Team socials, launch previews, leadership retreats and more.
  • Exclusive Discounts across our partner network and event portfolio.
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

We’re proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer. Diverse teams create the best ideas and we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
