What You’ll Do
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and lead integrated campaign strategies that engage and excite.
- Motivate, coach and manage a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results.
- Oversee campaign budgets, targets and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align campaigns with broader business goals.
Campaign Delivery
- Manage large‑scale activations, product launches and promotional events across the UK.
- Collaborate with clients, venues and partners to bring campaigns to life.
- Ensure every campaign is on‑brand, customer‑focused and results‑driven.
- Lead from the front — energising teams, building momentum and creating impact on‑site.
Team Development
- Coach and develop your team to grow skills and confidence.
- Foster a positive, creative and collaborative working environment.
- Recognise achievements and encourage continuous improvement.
Performance & Results
- Track outcomes, measure success and identify opportunities for growth.
- Report insights and results to senior stakeholders.
- Use learnings to shape even bigger, more effective campaigns.
A Typical Week Might Include
- Hosting a strategy session to launch a new campaign.
- Visiting live events or pop‑ups to support your team and check performance.
- Meeting clients to present results and brainstorm next steps.
- Coordinating logistics and creative execution for national activations.
- Leading a Friday wrap‑up to celebrate wins and team achievements.
About You
- 5 years experience in campaign, event or brand management.
- Confident leader with a track record of motivating teams.
- Natural communicator who can engage, influence and inspire.
- Exceptionally organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Energetic, hands‑on and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering real results.
- Based within commutable distance to Liverpool (on‑site role).
