Starcom is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team and drive campaigns across multiple European markets. You’ll act as the central point of contact between hub and local market teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication from brief through to completion.

You will lead status updates, coordinate timelines, and manage stakeholders while maintaining strong financial tracking and governance. A collaborative, high‑energy environment awaits with opportunities to influence outcomes

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities accurately.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and keep progress moving across teams.
• Clear, thoughtful communication across cultures and stakeholders.
• Solid Excel & PowerPoint skills with familiarity with budgeting/financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact between hub and local market teams to align campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines, outputs and stakeholders from brief to completion for smooth execution.
• Lead regular status updates and reporting to keep internal teams and clients informed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign challenges to keep delivery on track.
• Maintain accurate financial tracking including purchase orders and reconciliations.
• Ensure plans and outputs meet high quality standards and governance processes.
• Build strong relationships across teams and contribute to a collaborative environment.
