Job Description

We're keen to talk to people who think outside of the box, you may have a campaign background or you may have worked within clients services within a creative agency but you will be currently emerged in sports, gaming and entertainment culture within your current role. You'll know everything that is going on across modern culture, fans, and how to engage authentically with Gen Z audiences.

The Successful Applicant
  • Demonstrate proven experience in developing and executing social-first campaigns
  • Possess strong knowledge in earned media and influencer strategies
  • Present a strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking that extends beyond traditional advertising, embracing innovation relentlessly - work on Cannes, Effie award winning campaigns ideal
  • Exhibit a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, contributing to consistently exceptional agency execution.
  • Show a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and embracing new technologies, fueling proactivity - use of AI in campaigns desired (not essential)
  • Be driven to directly drive growth in margin, repeat business, and recommendation through the work we are currently delivering
