You pride yourself on innovation and embracing change and new ideas. You will be building and maintaining releases of our core customer facing and internal applications, working closely with the Product & Testing teams to get applications to full release status. You will work closely with the existing complement of software developers to share your knowledge and mentor them, fostering a collaborative environment. A key aim of this role is to champion the adoption of best practices and support continuous skill development within the team.
The roles & responsibilities for this position will evolve over time as you gain more experience, eventually progressing to becoming a key driver of our modernisation strategy in AWS after achieving a solid foundation with our applications.
