Overview

Are you an experienced .Net (C#) Developer, looking to take on a Lead / Senior Software Engineering role in a growing SaaS product company?

Recent investment means we are scaling & growing our Software Engineering & product teams - we are keen to add a Senior / Lead Engineer into this.

Position

Job title: Lead Software Developer or Senior Software Developer looking for a step up to Lead.

Location & Working Arrangements

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire. Very commutable from Warwick, Bicester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Rugby, Coventry, etc. Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office. Flexible on this, but we would like some office time, as a senior figure in the software engineering team.

Compensation

Salary: Up to £70K Basic + Benefits package. We can be somewhat flexible though - so please just get in touch.

Team & Delivery Context

You&ll have the full support of an Agile Scrum Master, excellent technical product team & obviously full stack software engineers in your team.

Tech Stack & Requirements

• - C# / ASP.NET (Core & Framework) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, particularly Angular.
• - MySQL / SQL
• - GitHub actions, Azure
• - Playwright, Docker
• - Any exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, V0, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, etc would be ace.
