Job summary

MARGO, a tech-native consultancy in London, seeks a Senior C# / .NET Developer to lead the design and integration of FX trading solutions within the FX Risk IT environment for a leading tier-1 bank. Expertise with vendor APIs and agile delivery is valued.

You will collaborate with traders, quants and risk managers, mentor engineers, and own project deliveries while ensuring high performance through CI/CD practices. Experience with Orchestrade, FX forwards, and derivatives is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Expertise in C# / .NET development
• Experience in Front Office environment with traders/quants/risk managers
• Strong backend design with SQL/RDBMS and messaging middleware
• Understanding of service-oriented and micro-services architectures

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and develop high-performance C# solutions for FX cash and derivatives
• Integrate Orchestrade with internal systems like Sigma, Barracuda, Deal Hub
• Advise on architectural approaches for vendor integrations and micro-services
• Lead data flow design and middleware interactions using SQL and messaging systems
• Provide mentoring on C# best practices and FX business logic
• Own project deliveries with Agile and DevOps practices
• Ensure production systems meet controls and regulatory requirements
