Qualifications

• ~6+ years of professional C++ engineering in production low‑latency environments.
• Modern C++: C++17 minimum, C++20 preferred.
• Direct market‑data, feed‑handler, or electronic‑trading exposure.
• Hands‑on with lock‑free programming and high‑performance networking.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize the low‑latency hot path for automated trading in modern C++.
• Develop and maintain market data infrastructure: feed handlers, ticker plant, order book construction.
• Implement exchange connectivity and FIX‑based order flow, including smart order routing.
• Reduce latency with lock‑free data structures, NUMA‑aware design, and kernel bypass networking.
• Profile, measure, and eliminate latency and jitter across the stack.
• Translate trader/quant needs into reliable production code and own end‑to‑end components.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and incident response.
