Purpose of role

  • To develop the leadership of our team and inspire them to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
  • Facilitate day-to-day operations to ensure that we are meeting expectations
  • Review performance and ensure delivery of departmental financial targets
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • Supervise event staff, ensuring excellent service delivery

    • Knowledge in event management within the hospitality sector
    • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to lead others
