Job summary

Integrated Project Services in Birmingham seeks a Senior Buyer to join the UK/EMEA team. You will manage the full procurement cycle for assigned packages across capital equipment, trades, and services, ensuring compliance with project requirements and client expectations.

You will lead tendering, supplier evaluation, and awards, while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients. Travel may be required for short durations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project procurement role.
• Knowledge of trade contracts and equipment procurement.
• MCIPS qualification or working towards MCIPS is desirable.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for assigned packages from scope to award.
• Lead tender processes, bid evaluations, and supplier negotiations.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Order/Contract packs and approvals.
• Provide project procurement support to IPS teams and clients.
• Maintain supplier records and monitor market updates.
