Copello Global Ltd. is seeking a Senior Buyer to own indirect procurement across IT, software, facilities and professional services in a Bristol-based, hybrid role.

You will lead sourcing strategies, run competitive tenders and negotiate contracts, while managing supplier performance and risks. Invest in stakeholder partnerships across finance, IT, HR, engineering and operations to drive cost savings and best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in indirect procurement across IT, software, facilities or professional services.
• Strong contract negotiation and commercial management skills.
• Experience delivering sourcing strategies and competitive tenders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supplier risk management.
• Experience managing and developing team members.
• Proactive, analytical approach with focus on continuous improvement.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Buyer to join a growing technology and defence business, leading indirect procurement across IT, software, facilities and professional services.

This is a chance to take ownership of key spend categories, influence commercial strategy and drive improvements across the procurement function.

Key Responsibilities
