Own launch readiness, ensuring campaign, trigger dates and key styles land on time.

Lead planning and execution of all product launches within your department.

About You :

You have a strong personal sense of style, a natural eye for trend, and an instinctive understanding of what customers will want next. You're able to truly embody the brand, translating its ethos into commercially successful product season after season.

You're confident working at pace, thrive in a scaling environment and feel energised by building something special. You balance creativity with commercial rigour, understanding how to turn trend and design into margin, volume and sell-through.
