Perk is hiring a Business Travel Consultant to join our Birmingham hub. The role is fully remote with occasional in-person days and a split shift designed around the school day, enabling work-life balance without sacrificing hours.

You will handle bookings, amendments and cancellations for business travellers, coordinate European and domestic travel, and mentor junior teammates while maintaining strong client relationships across the travel lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus GDS systems, including ticket reissuing.
• Proficiency in air fares and ticketing.
• Previous business travel consultant experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional telephone manner and client-facing confidence.
• Comfortable managing a split-shift routine and picking work back up mid-evening.

About the Role:

Fully remote, with occasional in-person days at Birmingham Hub

Hours:

A split shift built around the school day — 9:00am–2:30pm and 5:30pm–8:30pm, with the afternoon free for pickups, appointments, or whatever else needs doing. If you've been ruling out full-time roles because nothing fits around your kids' schedule, this one's designed to.

We're looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our Birmingham-hub team on a shift pattern that actually works around family life. Same great role, work, just split across the day so you're free for maybe the school run without giving up full-time hours or pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations for business travellers with a focus on quality service
