Skills/Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a solution-minded Senior Business Systems Analyst and product owner with experience on Sales Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud along with a strong understanding of SaaS products. You will be responsible for creating and delivering value through business process optimization and systems automation in lead, deal registration, account, contact, opportunity management, and CPQ areas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Channel Operations. Your main responsibility will be partnering with sales leaders and stakeholders to implement Salesforce enhancements supporting and automating the lead-to-quote process, aiming to make existing processes more efficient and seamless.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Lead to Quote architecture, develop roadmaps, analyze business systems, build proof of concepts, and develop scalable solutions
• Collaborate with teams to gather and document requirements
• Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions to address complex challenges
• Manage Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration projects
• Conduct gap analyses and develop innovative solutions
• Create technical documentation, process flows, and system diagrams
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
• Build POCs and demonstrate new Salesforce features to stakeholders
• Configure Salesforce using point-and-click; identify when coding is necessary
• Map business requirements to Salesforce OOTB features
• Identify recurring issues for system improvements and maintain run books
• Work closely with onshore and offshore developers during execution

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years as a business systems analyst on Salesforce
• Minimum 5+ years in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Industries Clouds, especially Communication Cloud
• Deep knowledge of sales processes like lead, account, opportunity management, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, flows, validation rules
• Knowledge of Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce
• Excellent problem-solving skills and goal achievement ability
• Experience with Salesforce managed packages
