Job summary

The role is hybrid and involves close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements. You will manage changing scope, document non-functional needs and support agile SCRUM delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in technical environments.
• 7+ years in technical environments with changing requirements and scope.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Experience identifying non-functional requirements.
• Hands-on data analysis using Oracle, SQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Excel, JSON and CSV.
• Experience designing data flows, transformations and source-to-target mappings.
• Experience producing sequence diagrams and data mappings.
• Experience in Agile SCRUM delivery environments.
• Comfortable in fast-paced delivery with changing priorities.
• Strong collaboration with Product Owners, Developers and Testers.
• Significant onsite client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage changing requirements and evolving project scope.
• Identify non-functional requirements including security and release considerations.
• Perform data analysis across multiple sources and systems.
• Design data flows, transformations, and source-to-target mappings.
• Support creation of high-level designs and technical docs.
• Collaborate with developers to evolve technical solutions.
• Support Agile SCRUM delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Track actions, dependencies and stakeholder deliverables to completion.
