We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. This is a key role in driving HTB's analytics strategy, delivering high-quality reporting and insights that support decision-making across the organisation. You'll lead BI initiatives, act as a subject matter expert for data stakeholders, and deliver advanced analytics projects that help shape the future of data-driven performance at HTB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analytics and BI initiatives, promoting best practices and a data-first approach.
  • Maintain and enhance reports, automating processes where possible.
  • Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from core systems.
  • Deliver advanced analytics and AI projects aligned with business strategy.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, provide insights, and uncover opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for reporting and analytics projects.
  • Guide KPI development to drive business performance.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or MI roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills.
  • Expertise in Tableau dashboard development.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Banking.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Desirable: Power BI experience, agile development knowledge, and data warehousing techniques.
