Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative with experience in recruitment or staffing. Your mission is to bring in new clients by presenting RemoteStar’s AI-powered hiring model and booking meetings with founders, CTOs, and tech hiring leaders.

This is a high-growth, high-impact role in an AI-first startup—ideal for someone who wants rapid career progression and financially rewarding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) to generate new client leads.
  • Pitch RemoteStar’s AI-enhanced recruitment services and CTO-led vetting.
  • Book qualified meetings with founders, CTOs, and hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Understand client hiring needs and position our AI-driven value proposition.
Requirements
  • BD experience in recruitment or staffing (preferred).
  • Familiar with tech hiring and client acquisition cycles.
  • Confident communicator, especially with senior decision-makers.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.
  • Interest in AI tools and automation is a strong advantage.
