Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative with experience in recruitment or staffing. Your mission is to bring in new clients by presenting RemoteStar’s AI‑powered hiring model and booking meetings with founders, CTOs, and tech hiring leaders.

This is a high‑growth, high‑impact role in an AI‑first startup—ideal for someone who wants rapid career progression and financially rewarding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) to generate new client leads.
  • Pitch RemoteStar’s AI‑enhanced recruitment services and CTO‑led vetting.
  • Book qualified meetings with founders, CTOs, and hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Understand client hiring needs and position our AI‑driven value proposition.
Requirements
  • BD experience in recruitment or staffing (preferred).
  • Familiar with tech hiring and client acquisition cycles.
  • Confident communicator, especially with senior decision‑makers.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.
  • Interest in AI tools and automation is a strong advantage.
Compensation
