Our client, a leading Northern Ireland-based technology infrastructure specialist, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their high-performing team in Craigavon (role to cover the island of Ireland)

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a commercially critical role in a financially strong, privately owned business that prides itself on reliability, quality, and growth. With a strong recurring revenue base, the company is now expanding its private-sector presence and seeking someone to lead business development initiatives, build lasting client relationships, and drive project and support-contract growth.

The Role:
  • Lead end-to-end sales of networking, structured cabling, Wi‑Fi, and smart‑building solutions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across private and commercial sectors.
  • Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with clients and technology partners.
  • Work closely with the MD and Operations Manager to support business growth and scalability.
About You:
  • 5+ years' experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within networking, connectivity, Wi‑Fi, or IT infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to prospect, consult, and deliver profitable projects and recurring support contracts.
  • Strong technical understanding of structured cabling, Wi‑Fi, and IP‑based systems; CCTV and access control experience a plus.
  • Self‑starter mindset, proactive, reliable, and detail‑oriented, thriving in a small, focused team.
Package:
  • £55,000‑£65,000 DOE + vehicle/allowance + performance bonus
