As a Business Development Manager – Li‑ion Tamer (Europe) at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our industry leading off‑gas detection products in Europe. Your primary objective will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive sales revenue. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our business by driving the adoption of this product into key verticals. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their battery safety requirements. By leveraging our wide network and strong brands such as VESDA & Notifier, Gent, Esser, you will ensure that our customers have real‑time protection, full compliance, and unmatched scalability for their Li‑ion battery installations.

As part of this position, you should be comfortable with traveling across Europe for approximately 50–60% of the time.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of driving sales revenue and achieving targets
  • Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and technologies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in the fire protection industry, specifically with integrated detect and response solutions
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations in the fire safety industry. Strategic mindset and ability to identify market trends and opportunities. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
