When you’ll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month. To support this, you should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB).

You’ll lead and inspire a small team, drive growth across a high-potential market, and shape how Pod partners with the UK’s leading homebuilders to deliver sustainable, future-ready developments.
