We’re now looking to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager(Recruitment) to join our Blue Collar division in London. This is a senior role focused on driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering tailored labour supply solutions across the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development activity within the Blue Collar construction market, identifying new opportunities and winning key accounts.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and repeat business.
  • Work closely with operational and delivery teams to guarantee consistent, high-quality candidate supply.
  • Provide market insight and strategic input to shape divisional growth plans.
  • Represent O’Neill & Brennan as a trusted recruitment partner within the construction sector.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment business development or account management — ideally within construction labour supply / Blue Collar recruitment.
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work autonomously within a supportive team environment.
  • Well‑organised with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
