Our client is a fast-growing commercial finance brokerage and part of a wider financial services group. Specialising in business loans, asset finance, and other funding solutions, they arrange over £50 million in annual lending for UK businesses. With a strong reputation for innovation and a dynamic, ambitious culture, the business has received industry recognition including ‘Best Equipment Finance Provider to Work For' and ‘Cashflow Broker of the Year'.

Following a period of sustained growth, the business is now expanding its sales team and looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to support national growth. The role will focus on developing long‑term vendor partnerships, driving high‑quality deal flow, and positioning the business as a trusted, go‑to finance partner across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Build and manage relationships with new partners across sectors such as equipment suppliers, manufacturers, dealerships, and consultants.
  • Actively generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and existing lead databases.
  • Introduce finance solutions to partners and help embed them into their sales processes.
  • Train and support partner sales teams on how to effectively offer finance to their customers.
  • Convert inbound leads and partner referrals into completed, fundable deals.
