As our Senior Business Development Manager, you will secure high-value opportunities within the construction sector to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market position.
Overseeing the full business development lifecycle, you will work closely with developers, contractors, and architects, providing early technical and commercial guidance and ensuring projects start strong and move smoothly through the pipeline.
Specifically, you will guide clients through their early project discussions, shaping solutions that meet their needs and preparing well-considered proposals before ensuring a seamless handover to other teams.
With future opportunities in mind, you will keep the pipeline accurate and up to date, provide reliable forecasts that support strategic decision-making, and ensure reporting and CRM activity enable sustained business growth.
Please note, construction industry experience is desirable.
