Job summary

A leading Prop Tech platform in the UK is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities and maintain strategic relationships. The role requires experience in the Property sector or Financial Services and outstanding communication skills. The position offers a competitive base salary of £45,000 with an OTE of £60,000. The work model is hybrid with 3 days office-based and 2 days WFH.

Junior Business Development Manager

Basingstoke (3 days office based 2 days WFH)

45000 base salary

60000 OTE

Crux Careers have just taken on a position with the fastest growing Prop Tech platform that currently sits within the Property Industry. They are currently looking for a field sales representative to go out and sell their product to estate agencies.

This is a data company that goes above and beyond when someone is valuing a property in sales a lettings. They provide more information on a singular property and the local area than both a Rightmove and Zoopla report can. The main purpose for the piece of kit is to massively increase the conversion rate for an estate agency when winning instruction it also helps speed up the after sales process.

The role
  • Develop new business opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.
  • Work effectively with Decision Makers to develop long term strategic relationships.
  • Prepare and present powerful and persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of the company.
  • Develop and maintain a deal pipeline to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support requirements.
They are looking for someone who
  • Person spec : a hungry and ambitious individual with a desire to exceed KPIs and provide consultative advice to the estate agency sector
  • Experience required : Experience within the Property sector and / or Financial Services and / or Prop Tech business to business selling experience is essential
  • Can use a consultative selling approach to develop long term relationships.
  • Has outstanding communication and networking skills across a variety of channels.
  • Keeps up to date with the market trends utilising the information for business improvement.
  • Believes good isnt good enough.
