A global leader in CDMO solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Director to drive strategic growth in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. You will lead business development efforts across Europe, build high-impact partnerships, and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in business development, strong knowledge of drug development, and excellent communication skills. This role is located in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience in business development or sales within the pharmaceutical/CDMO sector.
  • Strong knowledge of drug development, CMC services, and regulatory processes.
  • Proven success in closing commercial deals and managing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
