A leading real estate consultancy in Greater London is seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant to grow its Client Services Department. The role involves generating business through building relationships with vendors, landlords, and developers while maintaining proactive communication with clients. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and a competitive, entrepreneurial nature. A competitive salary starting at £28k, with earning potential up to £45k+, is offered along with 20 days annual leave and quarterly events.
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant to help grow our Client Services Department.
This role is to generate business for the network through building relationships with vendors, landlords and developers. You will pro-actively inform and advise prospective clients through close and regular contact, with the aim of securing their business and maximising opportunities with the company.
