A leading lottery operator is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead human-led transformation efforts, managing a portfolio of change programmes. The successful candidate will develop change management strategies, engage stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Allwyn’s transformation journey has to date, focused primarily ontechnological change— modernising systems, our digital platform and technical capabilities. Now, we’re shifting toward consumer‑centric change, where every change begins with understanding the people we serve and the experiences we want to create.
As Senior Change Manager, you will deliver human‑led change to achieve real organisational outcomes that will in turn, support Allwyn to return more money to good causes. In addition to managing a portfolio of change programmes, you’ll need to look at the broader context of change within Allwyn, understanding complexities, culture, and the knock‑on impacts of multi‑programme change. You’ll navigate competing demands and shifting priorities with empathy, curiosity, and composure — ensuring change remains purposeful and sustainable. Most of all, you’ll ensure we inspire, delight and engage our colleagues— so everyone feels ready for, and excited by, what comes next.
This hands‑on role will require expertise across all aspects of Business Change Management, you’ll draw from external experience and best practice, whilst leveraging lessons learned from previous Allwyn transformation initiatives and other cross‑functional projects. This will include:
