A leading service organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Business Change Manager to lead business change initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and implement change strategies, ensure stakeholder engagement, and manage resources effectively. We are recruiting for a Senior Business Change Manager to join our growing team in Capita HAAS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of business change initiatives across the organisation, developing and implementing change management strategies, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and that the change is successfully implemented. This is an 18 month FTC position.

What you\'ll be doing :
The Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) arranges and carries out assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Communities (DfC). The purpose of the assessment is to understand how an illness or disability affects a person’s daily life. After the assessment, the DWP/DfC makes the decision as to whether the individual will receive any benefits. The Health Assessment Advisory Service is delivered on behalf of the DWP & DfC by Capita.
