The Senior Business Change Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, development, communication, and delivery of transformation projects within RenRe’s Risk Selection & Analytics Domain.
This role delivers results by leveraging experience in both project management and stakeholder engagement, translating complex change initiatives into achievable plans delivering measurable outcomes.
A university degree with a technical/business focus preferred but not required. Additional (re)insurance and/or project management qualifications (i.e. ARe, CPCU, PMP) would be beneficial.
