Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking an experienced Senior Business Architect to lead our change agenda and translate strategy into a customer-centred operating blueprint. You will shape the TOM, maintain the capability model, and guide investment decisions across major transformation programmes while developing a team of Business Architects.

You will work closely with senior leaders, report to the Head of Strategic Planning and Transformation, and operate in a hybrid setting with two to three days

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with 8+ years shaping and delivering organisational transformation in a large organisation.
• Proven business architecture experience including capability modelling, value streams and operating model design, plus experience leading a team of business architects.
• Significant housing sector experience with understanding of social housing operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain NHG's business capability model and operating model.
• Shape the Target Operating Model linking strategy to end-to-end journeys, data, processes and enabling technology.
• Lead value-stream mapping and roadmaps balancing value, risk, cost and time-to-benefit.
• Build, lead and coach a team of Business Architects, allocating resources to priorities.
