Overview

This exciting opportunity will see you working within a dynamic Business Analysis and Change Team. The team works with staff and managers across the trust to identify, plan and undertake large scale change improvement projects related to digital utilising appropriate improvement techniques. We are looking for a highly experienced candidate who has a proven track record in Business Analysis, within a digital environment, working with teams from design to implementation and possessing the skills to get stuck straight into our challenging programme, supporting business process design and the planning of change management across the trust.

You will have a full and experienced understanding of Business Analysis as well as recognised improvement tools, techniques and methodologies as well as a working knowledge of project management in practice. You will be able to support teams and individuals in the organisation to develop their vision for their future state designs, associated requirements, specifications and to develop plans that support them to realise the benefits identified in their designs. You will use your knowledge and engagement skills to gain understanding of clinical pathways and operational processes to assist clinicians, senior managers and other stakeholders in taking maximum advantage of our EPRs, and our legacy systems. It is expected the successful candidate will be able to document their engagement in the appropriate form i.e. power vs interest diagrams, stakeholder management template or RACI charts.

Within this role you will be responsible for managing benefit realisation. This would include the identification, validation, documentation and tracking of all predicted benefits.

The Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
