Eurofins in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the Qualitype/eLIMS Forensics Programme, delivering business-critical solutions across Forensic Case Management, DNA LIMS and Expert Reporting workstreams.

You will lead requirements elicitation, model processes with BPMN 2.0, and collaborate with architects, developers and stakeholders across the UK, Europe and nearshore teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality obligations in a highly regulated

Qualifikationen

• Senior Business Analyst with experience in complex technology delivery or transformation programmes.
• Strong elicitation, documentation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with BPMN 2.0 modelling and Agile delivery practices.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and/or Jira for backlog and requirements management.

Aufgaben

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation across multiple programme workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business processes and priorities.
• Produce and maintain Business/ User Requirements and process maps with supporting documentation.
• Apply BPMN 2.0 to model and analyse business processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are ready for delivery.
• Support backlog refinement, change control, traceability and acceptance criteria definition.
• Contribute to UAT planning and business acceptance activities.
• Ensure requirements align with regulatory, quality, security and compliance obligations.
