Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Fixed Income Pricing experience to join our team in the London area. You will contribute to pricing workflows, data flows, and end-to-end processes across pricing platforms and downstream consumers.

The role requires Agile delivery experience, effective stakeholder liaison, and the ability to translate complex pricing needs into actionable requirements and user stories.

Qualifications

• Strong Fixed Income Pricing experience including pricing workflows and valuation concepts.
• Technical understanding of application architecture, data flows, and integrations.
• Experience in Agile delivery: backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritisation and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Strong Fixed Income Pricing experience including pricing workflows, methodologies, valuation concepts, and related front-to-back process knowledge
• Technical enough to understand application architecture, system integrations, data flows, and dependencies across pricing platforms and downstream consumers
• Experienced in Agile delivery and Agile project management, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritisation, and tracking delivery progress
• Able to liaise effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, and delivery leads to clarify requirements and drive alignment
• Capable of shaping and managing the backlog to support platform modernisation, workflow improvement, and progressive delivery of business value
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex pricing and workflow needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
