IT / Systems Business Analyst, Famous Blue-Chip - Sheffield

Famous within their sector and reputable UK wide, my blue-chip client is embarking on an extensive period of IT transformation / Improvement initiatives and resultantly, we are looking to recruit an established IT business analyst to form a crucial bridge between the technical teams and the business.

The successful candidate will have a proven background of successful IT systems / business change initiatives, with typical duties including the following:

• AS-IS and TO-BE evaluation
• Arrange / manage workshops
• Document findings and communicate them to the relevant third parties/colleagues
• Work closely with the relevant IT teams to deliver technical solutions
• Manage expectations of key stakeholders
• Training staff in how to use the new systems

Team leadership and mentoring is also highly desirable, operating as a 'go to' BA.
