Job summary

M&G is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis across complex technology delivery, translating business needs into actionable requirements and designs. You will work with Technology, Architecture, Product, Engineering, QA and Change teams to balance value, feasibility, quality and risk.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, ambiguity navigation, and coaching of analysts to raise BA standards and capabilities. Hybrid work with Stirling/Edinburgh offices is available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analysis in complex technology, change or digital delivery.
• Ability to independently lead analysis and own outcomes.
• Proactive, able to manage competing priorities with confidence.

Responsibilities
